Founded by husband-and-wife team, Robert and Tina Rozmeski, NCC Inc. brings together a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence. Tina, a proud native of Tampa, Florida, and Robert, born in the Canal Zone of Panama, have combined their diverse backgrounds and skills to build a company rooted in integrity and quality.

Robert Rozmeski has 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Former founder of Zackary Group Inc, Robert has owned and operated a construction company since 2006. Zackary Group specialized in restaurant/retail buildouts, airport projects and senior living facilities amongst other commercial and residential projects. His extensive background and hands-on approach ensure that every NCC Inc. project meets our high standards. Robert oversees each project directly, embodying our dedication to excellence.

Our Sr. project leader and lead superintendent, Matt Newman, has been a part of our leadership team for over 17 years, working closely with Robert to ensure seamless execution of each project. Our tenured staff reflects the supportive work environment and care that Robert and Tina extend not only to our clients but also to our employees, who are our greatest assets. With combined leadership experience of over 60 years in commercial and residential construction, we have the expertise to handle projects of any scale.
